As per the above email, the mentioned and highlighted issue is real and it exists. Following are the reasons.
1 - Whoever joins the Class online First avail full control.
2 - Therefore GOOGLE MEET link shall be reset before starting a session.
3 - Or the faculty member shall Generate a New Meeting Link every time.
The second and third point will help the faculty members to have Full Control during online class
